What to do
Create your own weather scene
Start with a preset, then use the individual controls to make the weather lighter, heavier, warmer, colder or more dramatic.
Control the rain
Change rain intensity, drop size, length and wind direction for anything from light drizzle to a heavy storm.
Create snowfall
Increase snow and particle size for soft falling snow or combine it with wind and fog for a blizzard look.
Add fog and mist
Adjust fog strength and height to create low mist, atmospheric haze or a heavily fogged scene.
Change the atmosphere
Darken the scene and shift the temperature towards cool blue tones or warmer golden tones.
Create a storm
Combine heavy rain, darkness, wet glass and lightning for a more dramatic storm effect.
Compare before & after
Hold the Original button to temporarily remove the weather and compare your edit with the starting photo.
Tip:
Weather effects usually look more realistic when they are not pushed to maximum strength. Try combining moderate rain, a little fog, slight scene darkening and a cool temperature shift.
